Hangzhou Pingcheng Trading Co., Ltd. Was established in April 2000 which started the business from exporting castings to Japan. Now, Pingcheng's business includes manufacturing castings and forgings, processing machine parts and weld assemblies, and assembling components.

In November 2002, Hangzhou Chengchao Machine Co., Ltd. Was established for business need. With the growth of the business, Hangzhou Pingcheng Machine Co., Ltd. Was established in July 2006 and merged with Hangzhou Chengchao Machine Co., Ltd. Later in May 2008.

Hangzhou Pingcheng Machine Co., Ltd., a subsidiary factory of Pingcheng Trading Co., Ltd., specializes in manufacturing and processing wide range of castings and forgings. The factory occupies 12000 ㎡, and is equipped with a dozen of advanced machining centers and processing tools from Japan, Russia, and Taiwan.
